Possible cause
• The filter of the safety unit
is cloggeg.
• Scaling of the water heater.
• Damaged or dirty safety
valve.
• Pressure of the main water
supply is too high.
• Mechanical thermostat is
switched off.
• Electric heating element is
defective.
• Condensate drainage
obstructed.
• No siphon on the safety
unit
• No water in the siphon of
the safety unit.
• Electric heating element is
continuously switched on.
• Failed to achieve nominal
temperature.
• Evaporator extremely
contaminated.
Use
Troubleshooting
• Clean filter.
• Descale water heater.
• Replace the safety unit.
• Check if the pressure at the
water meter outlet does not
exceed 0.5 MPa (5 bar), other-
wise install a pressure reducing
device set at 0.3 MPa (3 bar)
at the beginning of the general
water system.
• Reset the fuse of the thermo-
stat at the level of the resistant
steatite.
• Replace resistor/electric heat-
ing element.
• Clean.
• Install a siphon.
• Fill the siphon.
• Turn off the power supply and
notify the heating engineer.
• See operating principle mode:
The AUTO mode allows for
operation outside off-peak
hours.
• Clean evaporator.
