NOTE: If the system malfunctions, first check whether the battery voltage is correct. If the battery voltage is correct,
wait 3 minutes before turning on the refrigerator. If the system still malfunctions after restarting the unit, contact the
service center for assistance.
Common temperature settings for storage:
- Wine (from +6 ℃ to +18 ℃)
- Vaccines, Insulin (from + 2 ℃ to - 8 ℃)
- Fruits (from 4 ℃ to - 6 ℃)
- Beverages (from 2 ℃ to - 5 ℃)
- Meat (-10 ℃)
- Ice cream (-15 ℃)
Be cautious if you want to store medicines in the refrigerator.Before putting in the unit, food should be packed in
containers / bags designed for this purpose.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Always unplug the unit before cleaning.
Clean with a soft, dry cloth using mild detergents. Do not use chemical solvents, as they may cause permanent damage
or deformation to the unit.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Follow the troubleshooting guide below to solve common problems.
Problem I: The device does not work at all and shows no signs of power.
Possible cause 1: The device is not powered.
Solution to possible cause 1: Make sure the device is plugged in.
Possible cause 2: Insufficient power.
Solution for possible cause 2: Move the device to another outlet. Check the circuit breaker. (Refer to the nameplate on
the back of the unit to determine the power consumption).
Possible cause 3: DC power cord
Solution for Possible Cause 4: Test the unit with another power supply, such as another vehicle with a known working
DC outlet.
Possible cause 4: Disconnected wires.
Solution for possible cause 5: Contact customer service.
Problem II: The device makes strange sounds.
Possible cause 1: The device is not level.
Solution 1: Move the device to a flat, level surface.
Problem III: The unit makes a loud, continuous metallic tapping sound.
Possible Cause 1: The unit may have been sent on its side.
Solution 1: Turn off the unit. Leave the unit on a level surface for at least 24 hours and restart it.
Possible cause 2: Defective compressor
Solution 2: Contact customer service.
Problem IV: The unit operates for a while and then triggers the power cord or circuit breaker.
Possible cause: The device may be plugged into an outlet that does not supply adequate power.
Solution: Contact an electrician if the unit is operating in another room or circuit.
Problem V: The control panel lights flash randomly.
Possible cause: The unit may have a defective control panel.
Solution: Restart the device, and if the problem persists, contact customer service.
Problem VI: There is an HH error on the device
Possible cause: the ambient temperature exceeded 40 ℃.
Solution: Restart the device, and if the problem persists, contact customer service.
Problem VII: There is an OC error in the device.
Possible cause: A thermostat error has been detected.
Solution: Restart the unit, and if the problem persists, contact customer service.

Possible cause: A short circuit was detected in the thermostat.
Solution: Restart the unit, and if the problem persists, contact customer service.
Problem IX: The unit is powered, but the compressor does not work.
