quire the model, serial number (SN) and material number (mat. no.) when ordering.

The majority of faults and problems that arise during day-to-day use can be remedied
without external assistance. You can save time and money in many cases, as you do not
need to call the Miele Customer Service Department.
The following tables are designed to help you to find the cause of a malfunction or a fault
and to resolve it. You should, however, note the following:
Repair work to electrical appliances should only be carried out by an authorised
technician. Repairs by unqualified persons can cause considerable danger to users.
