Operating Instructions SATA Automatic Gun
• Unscrew the regulating cap [7-1].
• Unscrew the end cap (spanner size 24) [7-2].
• Remove both springs [7-3], [7-4].
• Remove paint needle [7-5].
• Unscrew air cap ring [7-8] by hand and remove together with the air
cap [7-7].
• Unscrew fluid tip [7-6] using the SATA universal spanner.
Fit new nozzle set
Attention!
The components can be damaged if fitted in the wrong order.
→ Always fit the fluid tip before the paint needle.
Notice!
The SATAminijet has no tapered dowel pin for aligning the air cap.
• Screw the fluid tip [7-6] in using the SATA universal spanner.
• Position the air cap ring
on by hand. Heed the correct nozzle setting and check that the notch-

• Insert the paint needle
• Position both springs
• Screw on the end cap
• Screw on the regulating cap
• Adjust the material flow if necessary (see chapter 9.2).
10.2. Replacing the air distribution ring
Replacing the air distribution ring must be preceded and followed by the
steps required for replacing the nozzle set (see chapter 10.1).
