10 years battery life
The combined detector has two fixed batteries: One for the detector
itself and one for powering the module. Should any one of these
batteries be depleted the detector MUST be replaced. The maxi-
mum life of the detector's internal batteries is 10 years. After this
time, the detector should be replaced.
Temperature warning
The combined detector triggers at high CO occurrences and at exces-
sive room temperatures (>60°C). Such high room temperatures can
indicate a fire source or similar sources of danger.
Radio signal transmission to Signolux receiver units
When triggered, the combined detector sends a radio signal to all cor-
respondingly coupled signolux receivers, which in turn indicate the
alarm with light and/or sound.
