9. Trouble-shooting and service
The following table will help you to determine and rectify the reasons for possible problems .

Display: "No device connected"
and appliance does not response
to the remote control

Sensor keys do not respond
If you cannot rectify the fault with the aid of this table, please contact
the after sales service
We can either give you the name and address of an authorised customer
service company or repair the heater ourselves . In the latter case, please
send in the heater (at your cost and risk) with details of the problem and
a copy of the sales invoice .
Cause
Remote control is not registered at the
instantaneous water heater
Transmission range exceeded
Power failure
Flat batteries
Operation via other remote control, Smart
Control app or directly on the water heater
Key lock active
Software has detected an error
Solution
Register again, remove and insert the batteries again
Place the remote control closer to the appliance, press button
Check the power supply of the instantaneous water heater
Insert two new type AA-batteries
Only register the desired remote control
Press and hold left and right sensor key
Reinsert batterys
