This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to operating the device.
Observe the following notices to avoid dangers and damages:

► Do not let the device unsupervised during operation to be able to react quickly in case of
dangers.
15.1 Before first use
Clean the baking surface with a damp cloth. At first use there could be a little production of
smoke. Therefore use the device without food on highest level for 10 minutes and let it cool
down after this. Wipe the device with damp cloth after cooling down.
