Product description
This product is an item of personal protective equipment
(PPE). The products are intended to be used during
operation with chainsaw.
The products have different safety classes classified
by the material used in the protective material. The
applicable safety class is marked on the label of the
product. The protective material can be made out of
different materials such as fiber material that can tear
into the chain. The higher the class the better the
protective function. Use the type of personal protective
equipment that is correct for the type of work and the
work environment. Ask your dealer for help to choose
the right product.

The products have different designs and sizes. Make
sure to use the correct size.

The penetration resistance of this footwear has been measured in the laboratory using a truncated nail of
diameter 4,5 mm and a force of 1 100 N. Higher forces of nails of smaller diameter will increase the risk of
penetration occurring. In such circumstances alternative preventative measures should be considered.
