Max. tijd
Stel maximale tijd training in. UIT (onbeperkt), 30, 60 (standaard), 90 of 120 minuten.
Maximale helling- 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, of 15.
Maximale snelheid. Mijl - 1 tot 12.4 in stappen van één MPU. Kilometer - stappen van
Limiet
1-10, 12, 16 of 20 KPU. Max. snelheid is standaard.
Stel niveau voor beeper en volume in.
Console beeper - Aan of Uit.
Volume (VOL)
Beeper hoofdtelefoon - Uit, Enig, of Alles.

Instelopties resetten tot standaard waarden

Om te stoppen zonder resetten drukt u op de toets ENTER

Druk op de toetsen OMHOOG
-toets.
De console zal tweemaal piepen en terugkeren naar de modus Instelling.
