Important: Prior to using the pan and lid, clean them thoroughly.
1. Adjustment: Turn the thermostat knob to "Off" and plug the thermostat into the pan.
2. Plug the plug into a 230V power point.
3. Turn the thermostat knob to the temperature required for the dish that is to be prepared.
Boiling, frying, and pot-roasting
Wait approximately 5 to 10 minutes after the pan has been switched on. When the indicator lamp is
lit, you can start to use the pan.
When in use, the indicator lamp flashes. This does not indicate a fault, but shows that the
thermostat is operating correctly.
A hissing sound heard when using the pan does not indicate a fault.
This noise originates from the heating element and the party pan.
Do not touch hot dishes with your hands, do not put flammable objects on the pan.
Using the lid
Before using the lid, first cook or roast the pizza, steak, hamburger, etc.
After use
1. After using the pan, turn the thermostat knob to "Off".
