► Switch the device off after use. This avoids unnecessary use of energy, and ensures
your safety.
► If the device is unused for extended periods of time, we recommend that the device be
unplugged from the mains.
14.4 Operating the Device
14.4.1
Switching On
Plug the power plug into a suitable outlet.
The temperature of the cooker plate surface displayed: is the temperature of the surface of
the induction cooker lower than 50°C, the display shows „L". When the temperature of the
cooker plate surface is over 50 °C, it is displaying „H". An acoustic signal sounds. All LEDs
will light up for 1 seconde. Now the device is in standby mode.
Place a suitable cooking pot with its contents to be cooked on the centre on the hob
(Ø 120 mm - 220 mm).
Now press the ON/STANDBY switch to turn on the device. The display shows "----"
The preset direct function hot pot is selected on power level 5 and the device will directly
start this function.
If no pot is detected then a beep will sound every 3 seconds, afther the 10
device will switch off automatically.
14.4.2
Direct functions
Switch on the device with On/Standby and choose with Function the desired direct
function. The corresponding lamp will light up.
With + / - keys you can change the power level or temperature setting of the direct
function.
In addition you can for direct function stir fry, hot pot, roast and keep warm change the
preset duration of the choosen direct function with Preset/Timer from 1 -180 minutes.
