Pressing the SEt button after you have entered your size will exit the programming mode.
All data will then be shown sequentially on the display. You will be able to weigh yourself
(refer to the "Determining values" section for more information) once '0.0' kg appears on
the display (or lb or st : lb).
To enter data for another person, wait until the device turns itself off automatically and press
the SEt button again. The profile number will begin to blink. Use the p or q button to
select a new profile and repeat steps 2–4.
Determining values

❐ The results are simply reference values intended for control purposes. We expressly advise
against using the values as a basis for medical treatment or dieting! Please be sure to consult
your physician should you have any questions regarding your weight, medical treatment or
dieting.
Please read the notice at the beginning of the "Conventional weighing" chapter!
1. Place the scale on a dry, level and sturdy surface (avoid carpeting). Uneven surfaces will
produce inaccurate measurement results.
2. Press the SEt button to activate the scale. The profile number of the most recent user will
begin to blink. Use the p and q buttons to select your profile.
3. Wait until the profile number is no longer displayed, all of the data belonging to the
corresponding profile number has been displayed sequentially and the display shows '0.0' kg
(or lb or st : lb).
You can choose whether weights should be displayed in kilogrammes (kg),
pound (lb) or stones (st : lb) before stepping on the scale. Press the small Unit
button on the underside of the scale to set the unit.
4. Step onto the scale. Make sure to position your feet properly on the contact surfaces. Your
body weight will now be determined.

3. You can now enter your age. Use the buttons p and q
to enter your age (between 10 and 80 years) and confirm
your selection using the SEt button.
4. The body size value will finally blink. Use the
buttons p and q to enter your body size (between
100 and 220 cm or between 3'03.0'' and 7'02.5'') and
confirm your selection using the SEt button.
