Charging
Do not subject the rechargeable
battery to extreme conditions such as
heat and shock. There is a risk of injury
due to the electrolyte solution
leaking! In the event of eye/skin
contact , flush the affected areas with
water or neutraliser and seek medical
attention.
Only charge the battery in dry rooms.
The exterior of the rechargeable
battery must be clean and dry before
connecting the charger. There is a risk
of injuries from electric shock.
Always charge with the included
original charger. Be sure not to charge
the equipment more than 5 hours
without interruption. This could
damage the battery and equipment
and prolonged charging may use
unnecessary electricity. Overcharging
will void the warranty.

Charge the rechargeable battery prior to first
use. Do not briefly charge the rechargeable
battery several times consecutively.

Recharge the battery if the equipment runs
too slow.

A significantly reduced operating time after
charging indicates the battery is depleted
and must be replaced. Only use an OEM re-
placement battery supplied by our customer
service.

Always follow the respective applicable safety
notices, as well as environmental protection
regulations and notices.

Defects arising from improper handling are
not covered by the warranty.

Removing / Inserting the
rechargeable battery

1. To remove the rechargeable battery (9) from
the equipment, press the unlock button (8)
on the battery and remove the battery.
2. To insert the rechargeable battery (9) slide
the battery into the equipment along the
guide rail. You will hear it lock in.
Only insert the rechargeable battery
once the equipment is fully assembled.
There is a danger of injury!
Charging the battery
Charge the battery when the last LED in
the charge indicator (7) changes from
green to yellow/red. The charge indica-
tor on the charger (12) will light up red
when charging starts and whilst
charging. Once charging is complete
the charge indicator will change to green.

1. If necessary, remove the rechargeable battery
(9) from the equipment.
2. Slide the battery (9) all the way into the
charging slot of the charger (12).
3. Connect the charger (12) to an outlet.
4. Once charging is complete, disconnect the
charger (12) from the mains and remove the
battery from the charger (12).
Used rechargeable batteries
