f) Selecting the heating or cooling mode
In heating mode, the receiver is activated when the measured
temperature is less than the set target temperature. This operating
mode can be used in connection with a heating.
In cooling mode, the receiver is activated when the measured
temperature is higher than the set target temperature. This operat-
ing mode can be used in connection with a cooling unit or fan.
• Push the button "FUNC" briefly repeatedly until "CANCEL" appears at the
left of the display.
• Keep the two buttons "+/ON" and "-/OFF" pushed at the same time to
switch between heating and cooling mode.
The corresponding symbol appears at the upper left of the display, de-
pending on mode selected:

g) Manual activation and deactivation of the consumer
Via operating button at the receiver
Briefly push the operating button at the front of the receiver (radio switching
socket) to switch the connected consumer on or off manually.
An LED in the operating button displays the current switching condition:
• LED is lit: Socket/consumer switched on
• LED off: Socket/consumer switched off
Via the operating button at the temperature controller
• Push the button "FUNC" briefly repeatedly until "CANCEL" appears at the
left of the display.
• With the button "+/ON", the taught-in receiver can be switched on, and
with the button "-/OFF", it can be switched off.
