It must be assumed that safe operation is no longer possible, if:
- the product is visibly damaged
- the product does not work or not work properly (smoke or burnt
smell, audible crackling, discolouration of the product or adja-
cent surfaces)
- the product has been stored under unfavourable conditions
- it has been subjected to severe stress during transport
• Always pull the receiver (radio switching socket) from the mains
socket (e.g. wall socket), before cleaning it or when not using it for
an extended period (e.g. for storage).
• Never pour out fluids above or next to the product. There is great
danger of fire or potentially fatal electric shock.
If liquid has entered the inside of the device anyway, switch off
the mains socket to which the receiver (radio switching socket) is
connected at once (disconnect fuse/circuit breaker/FI protection
switch of the associated circuit). Only then pull the receiver (radio
switching socket) from the mains socket and contact a specialist.
No longer operate the product.
• The product is only suitable for use in temperate, not tropical, cli-
mates.
• If you have questions which remain unanswered in these operat-
ing instructions, please contact us or another expert.
