e) Operation and use
• Never touch, operate the product or plug it in or out with wet or
moist hands. There is danger to life from electric shock! The same
applies to the mains plug of the consumer that is connected to the
socket of the receiver (radio switching socket.
• Never connect the device to the voltage/current supply immedi-
ately after it has been taken from a cold room to a warm room
(e.g. after transport). The resulting condensation may destroy the
product or cause electric shock!
Let the product reach room temperature first. Wait for the conden-
sation to evaporate. This may take several hours. Only then must
the product be connected and taken into operation.
• Always pull a mains plug from the receiver (radio switching sock-
et) by the provided grip; never pull out a mains plug by the cable.
• Do not overload the product. On this, also observe the maximum
permitted connection power in the chapter "Technical data".
• Do not connect in sequence! This may cause overload of the re-
ceiver (radio switching socket)! There is a danger of fire!
• Do not operate covered! Higher connection powers will cause
the receiver (radio switching socket) to heat up, which may cause
overheating and possibly fire if the device is covered!
• Voltage-free only when the plug is pulled! The receiver (radio
switching socket) has a single-pole relay; the socket of the receiv-
er is not completely disconnected from the mains voltage after
deactivation.
• Do not use the product when it is damaged. There is danger to
life from electric shock! Dispose of the product environmentally
compatibly in this case.
