6. Important Safety Notes
• The device must not be used by children. The device and its
connection line must be kept away from children.
• Children must not play with the device.
• The device may be used by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience if they are ob-
served or have been interested in safe use of the device and
have understood the resulting risks.
• If the mains connection of this device is damaged, the manuf-
acturer or his customer service or a similarly qualified person
must replace it to avoid damage.
• Handle the product with care. Specifically when taking out the
cutting knife, when cleaning and emptying the container, injury
from the sharp cutting knife is possible.
• Always pull the mains plug if:
- the device is not being used
- the device is not supervised
- when putting together and taking apart
- before cleaning
