Do not use the unit outside when it is raining.
Do not use petrol or other inflammable fluids to clean the compressor parts.
Make sure that the electrical outlet point is of the specified voltage and has
adequate fuse protecion.
Follow all the local safety regulations when installing, operating or doing
maintenance work on the unit.
Do not use in explosive conditions.
The compressor is not intended or applicable as a work station.
The condensate must be disposed of in compliance with the local
regulations.
The user must comply with the laws on the operation of pressure equipment
in force in the relative countries.
Tampering and improper use of the tank are forbidden.
If the machine is not noise proof we recommend to have it installed far away
from the usual working place.
We do not accept responsability for damage caused as a result of negligence
or failure to abide the instructions in this manual.
4. BEFORE USE
1)
The machine must be installed in a dry and airy place, possibly sheltered
from cold.
2)
Make certain that input tension for motor and protectors is correct, electric
plug must be earthed.
3)
Connect outlet air pipe to reductor, make sure there are no leaks. Set
desired pressure by means of reducer. Read manometer.
The machine is now ready to operate.
5. MAINTENANCE
1) Discharge condensate every 20 days through tap.
2) Clean the air filter every 60 days (if necessary).
3) In case of consistent air leaks from the pressure switch discharge the air
completely from tank through discharge, unscrew check valve, clean rubber
disc. If hardened change it.
4) If compressor stops: unplug tension, check electrical supply, pressure
switch, thermal protector. If the compressor still keeps stopped fetch
technician to check motor and compressor.
