c) Record player ground connection
If your record player has its own ground line (usually a thin, black cable with clamp-type socket), connect it to
grounding screw GND (50). This helps prevent hum trouble.
d) Connecting a mixer lamp
You can connect a mixer lamp to the LAMP 12V socket.
Only connect lamps with an operating voltage of 12V, a BNC connector and a maximum current
consumption of 120 mA.
b) Power connection
The mains outlet to which the mixer is connected must be easily accessible so that the device
can be quickly separated from the mains voltage in case of an error.
Be careful when handling the mains cables and mains connection. Mains voltage can lead to
a deadly electric shock.
Make sure that no cable lies around openly. Install cables professionally to prevent accidents.
Make sure that all electrical connections and connection cables between the different devices
and any extension cables comply with the regulations and the operating instructions.
Caution: Before establishing the mains connection, select the correct voltage of your power
network using the voltage selection switch (41). Setting the wrong voltage can result in
irreparable damage to the device and exposes the user to risks.

Connect the mains connector to the mains connection (40) of the device.
•
Put the plug of the power line into a grounded wall socket.
