Q. Is the anti-bark collar water-resistant?
A. No. The collar is not waterproof, and we advise you to always
keep the collar away from water sources.
Q. I have attached the anti-bark collar correctly, but my dog is
not responding to it?
A. Check if the bark collar is fully charged. Then check the mode
and if it is working correctly.
A. Check if the prongs are making contact with the dog's skin. If
not, the vibration may not transmit properly and have less effect.
Q. The bark collar is broken. It has not worked since I dropped it?
A. The bark collar is not designed to be drop-resistant. Do not drop
the bark collar as this can damage the internal circuits.
Q. Can I perform multiple corrections at the same time?
A. No, you can only perform one correction at a time in manual
mode. Switch corrections using the M button.
A. Only in automatic mode can the beep and vibration modes work
simultaneously. Choose the correct mode for this.
Q. When I press the on/off button, the collar does not switch to
automatic mode
A. That's correct. To switch modes in automatic mode, you must
always use the M button.
Q. The remote control screen turns off, does the collar still work?
A. Yes. In automatic mode, the collar still works. In manual mode,
you must press a button on the remote control to reactivate the
collar.
