Q. I have attached the anti bark collar pro correctly, but my dog
does not respond to it.
A. Check that the batteries are fully charged. You need to fully
charge both the transmitter and the bark collar pro (2.5 hours)
before you can use them for the first time.
A. Check if the transmitter can turn the intensity of the vibration to a
higher level.
A. Restart the anti bark collar pro by pressing the on/off button.
A. Test the 3 functions, (beep, vibration and strong vibration) before
using the anti bark collar pro for the first time.
A. The anti bark collar pro automatically goes into power-saving
mode when inactive for more than 5 minutes. Any movement
causes the anti bark collar pro to reactivate.
A. If the above steps do not fix the problem, recheck both the
transmitter and the barkband pro via step 4.
Q. De blafband is kapot. Het werkt niet meer sinds ik het heb
laten vallen.
A. The bark collar is not designed to be drop-proof. Do not drop
the bark collar as this will damage the internal circuitry.
Q. The remote control does not work
A. You need to charge the remote control before using it for the first
time. The charging time is usually 2.5 hours.
A. Make sure the remote control has sufficient power.
A. The remote control automatically enters standby mode when
inactive for 1 minute. No LED is lit at this time. Press any button to
reactivate the remote control.
