5.3 Cleaning the filters
Because of the very intensive cleaning of
the cooking vapours the filters must be
cleaned at least once a month, in case of
an average use, preferably in the dish
washer. Also because of food remains
possibly getting stuck inside the filters,
we advise not to combine the filter
cleaning with the usual dish wash.
The filters must be placed horizontally in
the dish washer, to enable the water to
penetrate maximally into the filter material
and also to let them dry again easily.
The optional charcoal filters must be
cleaned every 2 months in the dish
washer. After 20 times they have to be
replaced. The filters must be cleaned
without any detergents at a high as
possible water temperature.

5.4.1 Halogen lights | Replacing
the halogen bulbs [round]
Before replacing the lights, you must
disconnect the appliance by taking the
plug out of the socket or by switching off
the main switch.
Carefully insert a small screw driver under
the inner ring, next to one of the three lips.
Pull the inner ring loose carefully.
Attention: the glass part is also coming
loose.
Remove the defective lamp.
Cut open the packaging of the new light
from the rear side. Attention: use halogen
light bulbs with the same wattage. Place
the new light from the packaging into the
fitting.
Never touch the glass of the bulb with your
fingers!
Replace the ring including the glass
carefully.
