15. Area measurement
1. Press the area measurement button (J). The top of the display
shows a rectangular icon as indicator for area measurement.
2. Measure the first side length of the area.
3. Measure the second side length of the area.
4. The device multiplies both readings automatically. The total area is
shown in the bottom line.
This function is only intended for measuring rectangular
surfaces.
