Notes
• If warm, allow the battery to cool be-
fore charging.
• Do not expose the battery to direct sun-
light for long periods and do not place
it on a radiator (max. 50°C).
Charging the battery
1. Remove the battery (9) from the
device.
2. Push the battery (9) into the charging
slot of the battery charger (8).
3. Connect the battery charger (8) to a
power outlet.
4. After charging, disconnect the battery
charger (8) from the mains.
5. Pull the battery (9) out of the battery
charger (8).

intentional start-up. Only insert the battery
into the device once the device is fully pre-

1. Push the battery (9) along the guide in-
to the battery holder (6).
You will hear the battery click into
place.

1. Press and hold the battery release (12)
on the battery (9).
2. Pull the battery out of the battery hold-
er (6).

CAUTION! Ensure your stance is
stable and hold the machine tightly with
both hands. Before switching the machine
on, make sure that it is not touching any
objects.

2. Slide the on/off switch (4) forwards.

2. Remove the rechargeable battery (9)
from the device if you are leaving the
device unattended or if you have fin-
ished working.
