START-UP AND USING THE INTERFACE
Put all of the ingredients in the glass bowl without going beyond

For a homogeneous mixture, put the liquid ingredients in first and

then add the solid ingredients. It is important to respect this order
of liquid then solid ingredients so that the motor is not overworked.
Place the lid on the glass bowl, push it down firmly and turn

lid are correctly positioned in the bars on the sides of the glass
bowl. Don't forget to put the measuring cap in the hole in the
lid by placing the bars in the lid's notches, then lock it in place
by turning it clockwise.
Ensure the speed control is in the OFF position before plugging

The three "function" buttons will then light up. They will flash

For all types of preparation, it is important to start mixing at a slow
speed and to progressively increase the mixing speed.
