3.2 Operation
1. Place the product on a flat, dry, non-slip surface.
2. Remove the product from the base.
3. Press the button to raise the lid of the product. Fill the kettle with water. Be sure to stay
above the min-limit (0.5 L) and below the max-limit (1.7 L).
4. Unroll the cable all the way and set the product down on the base. Plug in the power
cord. Press the power button to turn on the product and boil the water. The indicator
light comes on when you turn on the product.
5. When the water boils, the product automatically turns off and the indicator light goes
out.
6. Remove the plug from the outlet. Make sure the lid is closed when you pour water.
4. Maintenance and cleaning
4.1 Cleaning
ATTENTION!
◊ Always unplug the product and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
◊ Never immerse the product in water or allow moisture to get into the cord or base.

Clean the exterior of the product with a damp cloth or mild detergent. Do not use
chemical or abrasive cleaners or agents for cleaning steel and wood to clean the exterior.
This may damage the material.

When you are not using the product, you can store the cord at the bottom of the unit.
•
Make sure the parts are completely dry before using them again.
4.2 Lime removal
•
Due to mineral deposits from tap water, a lime layer may form on the underside of
the product. Therefore, the product should be descaled regularly. You can buy a scale
remover in the store for this purpose and follow the instructions on the package.

In addition, you can clean the product with white vinegar by following the following
steps:
1. Fill with half a liter of vinegar and a liter of water. Let this stand for one hour.
2. Discard the vinegar-water mixture and fill the kettle with clean tap water. Let this water
boil and discard this water. Repeat this routine until the smell of vinegar is gone. Any
stains on the inside of the spout can be removed with a damp cloth.
5. Storage
Store the product in a clean and dry place. Do not store the product in extreme high or
extreme low temperatures.
