DUAL TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER/SPLITTER (TCDDP+)
This temperature controller can be used with the following combinations:
•
Jacket, trousers and/or socks and gloves with a push button.
•
Jacket and trousers and/or socks (blue cable of the controller cannot be
used then).
These operations can only be performed after correctly connecting a Ger-
bing battery connection cable (see battery connection cable manual) or a
12V-DC plug.
1. Connect the long cable (red) directly to the battery cable or 12V-DC plug.
2. Connect the short cables coming out of the box directly to the inner
jacket connection plug (white) and to the trousers connection plug
(black) or to the socks Y-cable.
3. Connect the blue cable directly to the connection plug (gloves, blue) of
the inner jacket.
4. If using the vehicle battery: put the vehicle on ignition or start the vehicle.
5. The lights on the push buttons of the gloves will then flash red, green, blue,
orange and then off successively. If you have the latest push button with
internal memory, the push button will remain blue on first use.
6. By pressing the controller buttons, you can set the temperature of the
jacket and trousers and/or socks in positions 1 to 5, with 1 being the
lowest position and 5 the highest.
7. Pressing the buttons a little longer turns the controller off.
8. By pressing the push button of a glove, you can set the desired temperature
of that glove (see glove manual)

Setting 4:
80%
Setting 5:
100%
NOTE! This controller has an internal memory so it remembers the last tempera-
ture setting and activates it as soon as the controller is used again.
Optional: the TCDDP+ can also be operated
with a dual remote control (R-TCDDP+)
