Close the gas cylinder and remove it from the product.
·
Store the gas cylinder in a well-ventilated area where there are no flammable materials.
·
Put the dust cover around the product and store the product in a dry, clean place. Do not
store the product in extremely high or low temperatures.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The product does
not ignite.
The product fails.
Cause
The gas cylinder is empty.
The gas pressure regulator is
not correctly connected.
The product is not installed
correctly.
The gas cylinder is not
connected correctly.
The ignition is not working
(properly).
The control knob is not in the
correct position.
There are several possible
causes.
The gas cylinder is (almost)
empty.
The oxygen depletion
protection is in operation.
The fall-over protection is in
operation.
Solution
Check that the gas cylinder is
empty.
Check that the gas pressure
regulator is correctly connected
and that the gas pressure
matches the specifications of the
product.
Check that everything is
connected as described in '
Instructions for use > Installation'.
There may be gas in the pipes.
Hold the control knob down a little
longer and try again.
The gas cylinder may be too cold,
make sure the gas cylinder has
an equal temperature with the
environment.
Check that the ignition button is
working correctly.
Check that the cable to the ignition
button is not damaged.
Make sure the control knob is set
to low, medium or high. In the initial
setting, the product will not ignite.
If the product fails: try to reignite
it first.
If the product fails after starting:
check that the gas cylinder is still
sufficiently full. Replace the gas
cylinder if necessary.
