10.1 Opening the appliance
f Pull off the temperature selector.
f
f Remove the screws underneath the temperature selector.
f
f Lower the locking screws inwards, pivot the cap upwards and
f
remove it.
10.2 Draining the appliance
You can drain the appliance for maintenance work or to protect
it from frost.
CAUTION Scalding
Hot water may run out when draining the appliance.
f Drain the appliance via the "cold water inlet" and "hot water
f
outlet" connectors.
f Store the dismantled appliance in a room free from the risk
f
of frost, as water residues remaining inside the appliance can
freeze and cause damage.
10.3 Replacing the power cable
f The power cable may be replaced with an original spare part
f
by a qualified contractor. Alternatively, the H05VV-F3x1.0
power cable may be used.
f Insert the power cable into the retainer.

10.4 Removing / fitting the strainer
The strainers are fitted inside the angle valve.

10.5 Removing / installing the flow limiter for
installations without water filter
The flow limiter is installed in the adaptor on the cold water inlet
of the appliance.
