Extraordinary maintenance – Replacing the peristaltic tube:
1. Unscrew the nuts and remove the suction and injection hoses, then remove
the transparent cover by unscrewing the two front screws.
2. Remove the old tube first by unlocking the left fitting and turning the
roller-holder as indicated by the arrow in the figure to release the tube from
the fitting at the right.
3. Set the pump for continuous operation (P4 = 1) but stop it with the ON/OFF
key.
4. Insert the left fitting onto the new tube in its place while paying attention that
the rounded part is positioned inwards.
5. Then turn the roller-holder clockwise so that the tube is inserted in its seat.
6. Insert the right fitting in its seat and secure the transparent cover by screwing
the two front screws.
7. Connect the suction and injection tubes, then set correctly the parameter P4.
Pump wintering:
Before turning off the system at the end of the season or for a long period, dose
clean water to rinse the tube, then place the roller-holder as shown in the figure
rotating it clockwise
Troubleshooting
The pump does not turn on:
● Check the power supply connection.
The pump turns on but does not function:
● Check the display and configuration: the pump could be disabled or an alarm
is active.
The pump works correctly but does not inject liquid into the plant:
● Check the level of product in the tank.
