Enter the Start time and End time of a
period, during which you do not want to be
disturbed (e.g. during the night).
The product enters silent mode within the set
period.

Enter the Start time and End time of a
period, during which the product should
monitor your inactivity time.
Set the Time interval (e.g. 30 minutes) in
which the product will emit a vibrating signal to
remind you to start your activity.

Drink Water
Enter the Start time and End time to allow
enabled apps to send water intake reminders
to you.
Set the Time interval (e.g. every
30 minutes) in which you receive reminders
about your water intake.
The product vibrates whenever you should
drink water within the set period.
