8. Warranty Description
Thank you for purchasing and using this product! In order to protect your
rights and interests, this product implements after-sales service on the
basis of the national regulations (Regulations on the Responsibility for
Repair, Replacement, and Return of Goods) (commonly known as "Three
Guarantees"). In order to satisfy you with our service, please carefully read
and understand the relevant content about the three guarantee card.
If your glass cleaning robot is found to have defects due to material,
manufacturing, and functional issues during the purchase or warranty
period, it can be repaired or replaced free of charge by the original
purchasing merchant or local distributor.
9. Non warranty coverage
1. Normal wear and tear (such as cleaning cloth, safety rope, etc.).
2. Reduced battery discharge due to battery life (2 years) or usage

4. Use this product for purposes other than general home and office use.
