Problem
The device is not working
The air conditioner does not

The air conditioning is equipped with a self-checking function. Below you will find possible
error messages and the measures to be taken in this case.

Possible cause
1. Has the main switch been
turned off?
2. Has the power been turned
off?
3. Is the inlet or outlet gate
blocked?
4. Is the fuse broken?

Is the voltage too low?
1. What mode is the air
conditioning in?
1. Has the desired
temperature been set
correctly?
2. Is the filter clogged or is
there dirt in the filter?
1. Are the units unstable or on
a sloping surface?
2. Is there dust near the fresh
air outlet?
Drain the excess water through the hose on the back of the
indoor unit until it is empty.
Error in the temperature sensor. Please contact your dealer.
Error in the EVA sensor. Please contact your dealer .
Check the coupling cable between the two units and
reconnect it if necessary. If no result is obtained, please
contact your dealer.
Solution
1. Turn on the main power supply.
2. Check if other electrical devices are
working.
3. Check the inlet or outlet port for
obstruction.
4. Have a specialist replace the fuse.
5. Check the input voltage.
1. Reboot and wait 3 minutes / select
cooling mode.
1. Set the desired temperature differently.
2. Clean the filter well.
1. Place the units on a flat surface.
2. Clean the filter.
