Preprogrammed workout
With the preprogrammed programs you can choose one of the 12 training profiles.
1. Select PROGRAM in the main menu by rotating the selection knob, confirm by
pressing the selection knob.
2. Set one of the 12 profiles (P1-P12) by rotating the selection knob, confirm by
pressing the selection knob.
3. Set the training time by rotating the selection knob, confirm by pressing the
selection knob.
4. Start the training session by pressing the START / STOP button.
During a training session you are able to change the resistance level by rotating the
selection knob.
User program
With the user program you are able to setup different training profiles and safe them
to the computer.
1. Select USER PROGRAM in the main menu by rotating the selection knob, confirm
by pressing the selection knob.
2. Every program is build with 20 columns. For every column a resistance level can
be set. Change the resistance by rotating the selection knob. By pressing the
selection knob you can switch between columns.
3. If you have finished building the program press the selection knob for 4 seconds.
4. Set the training time by rotating the selection knob, confirm by pressing the
selection knob.
5. Start the training session by pressing the START / STOP button.
During a training session you are able to change the resistance level by rotating the
selection knob.
