Manual program
With the manual program you can start your training directly or setup target values.
Select MANUAL in the main menu by rotating the selection knob, confirm by
pressing the selection knob.
Press START / STOP to directly start the training session or select one or more target
values.
1. Set the training time by rotating the selection knob, confirm by pressing the
selection knob.
2. Set the target distance by rotating the selection knob, confirm by pressing the
selection knob.
3. Set target calories by rotating the selection knob, confirm by pressing the
selection knob.
4. Set target heart rate by rotating the selection knob, confirm by pressing the
selection knob.
5. Start the training session by pressing the START / STOP button.
During a training session you are able to change the resistance level by rotating the
selection knob.
When the training session is started all set values will decrease. The training
session is completed when one of the values has reached zero.
