OPERATING THE APPLIANCE
Intensive freezing
This appliance has an intensive freezing function. This function decreases the temperature in
the freezer compartment as quickly as possible. Activate this function 24 hours before you put a
large quantity of fresh food in the appliance.
Activating/disabling the intensive freezing function
1. Unlock the control panel; touch the child lock key for 3 seconds.
2. Touch the FastFreeze key.
The key and temperature -24 °C are illuminated.

The function is activated.
3. Touch the FastFreeze key.
▷
The key is no longer illuminated.
The function is disabled.
▷
The temperature returns to the latest temperature setting.
▷
When the intensive freezing function is not switched off manually, the function will be
switched off automatically (after about 2 days).
Adjusting the temperature while the intensive freezing function is activated will
immediately disable the intensive freezing function.
ECO function
This appliance has an ECO function. The ECO function has no time limit and remains activated
until the function is disabled.
Activating/disabling the ECO function
1. Unlock the control panel; touch the child lock key for 3 seconds.
2. Touch the ECO key.
The key and temperature -17 °C are illuminated.

The function is activated.

3. Touch the ECO key.
▷
The key is no longer illuminated.
The function is disabled.
▷
The temperature returns to the latest temperature setting.
▷
The Eco function is not suitable for freezing fresh food or making ice cubes.
