The first number 2: protected against solid foreign
objects of 12,5 mm ø and greater. The second number:

protected against vertically water drops when enclosure
titled up to 15 degrees. Vertically falling drops shall no
harmfull effects when the enclosure is titled at any angle
up to 15 degrees, on either side of the vertical.
