9.4.2 Assembly of glass pane in door(s)
Assemble the glass panes in the door(s) according to the steps described in paragraph 9.4.1 'Disassembly of glass
pane in door(s)' but in reverse order (see Appendix 2, fig. 6):
Install the side window of the Instyle Corner Slim 660/570 with the coated side out (see 9.4.1).
!Caution
Proceed as for assembly of the door(s):
Ø
Bring the hole at the bottom of the hinging part of the door exactly below the lower pin.
Ø
Slide the door up. The pin slides into the lower hole.
Ø
Bring the hole at the top of the hinging part of the door exactly above the upper pin and allow the door to lower.
The pin slides into the upper hole.
Ø
The door is now assembled.

9.5 Frames
The appliances are provided with a permanent 20mm frame. Instructions for the other frames are provided with
the frame.
9.6 Adjustable feet
In order to promote a stable set-up, these appliances are provided with adjustable feet (see Annex 2, fig. 8).
These feet can be adjusted by means of the supplied socket screwdriver.
Ø
Remove the vermiculite from the bottom (see paragraph 9.7.1.3.1.
Ø
Turn the socket screwdriver to the right in order to adjust the fire upwards, and to the left to adjust the fire
downwards.
9.7 Supplementary installation instructions per appliance
9.7.1 Instyle Corner Slim 660/495 / Instyle Corner Slim 660/570
9.7.1.1 Outside air connection
It is possible to provide the fire with an outside air connection. This outside air connection is optionally available
as an (external air) kit. This kit can be used for a connection either on the bottom or rear of the appliance and is
available through your supplier. First determine if you want a connection on the bottom or rear side.
Proceed as follows with a connection on the bottom side (see Appendix 2, Fig. 9a + 9b):

Fasten the 'pipe opening' with 4 screws to the air slide unit.
Ø
Connect the flexible hose (Ø 80 mm) to the round 'pipe opening' of the outside air connection.
If there is no room, it is possible to connect the flexible hose (Ø80mm) from the inside.
When connecting from the inside, you need an opening under the appliance that is larger than the air slide unit.
!Caution
Proceed as follows (see appendix 2, fig. 9c + 9d):

Remove the vermiculite from the bottom.
Ø
Unscrew the 4 screws from the bottom and take out the plate.
Ø
Unscrew the Allen screw with spring.
Ø
Remove the 8 self-tapping screws of the air slide unit.
Ø
Remove the air slide unit including handle by lifting and tilting it (make sure the air slide handle is fully moved to
the left).
Ø
Connect the flexible hose (Ø80mm) to the round 'pipe opening' of the outside air connection.
Ø
For placing back the air slide unit, the actions described should be performed in reverse order.
Proceed as follows in case of a connection at the rear side (see appendix 2, fig. 10a + 10b):
Ø
Use a hammer to break the rectangular plate out of the rear of the appliance.
Ø
Fasten the rear connection to the air slide unit by means of 4 screws.
The rear connection should be mounted to the air slide unit before placing the appliance.
!CAUTION
Ø
Connect the flexible hose (Ø80mm) to the round 'pipe opening' of the outside air connection.

Do not fasten the bolts too tight to avoid breaking off and/or stripping: overtightening will cause breakage.
Place the glass pane (including new pane seal) with the logo to the bottom right.
