PV1820
Fixing set with all-through screw fitting to attach the lock cases onto the door frames or on
the wall (Fig. 29).
• It is used if the lock cases cannot be mounted to the door frames or wall in a stable
manner. The outer cover is visible, use one PV1820 per lock case.
• Drill through the mounting holes of the lock cases with Ø 8–9 mm, drill out Ø 13–15 mm
and a depth of 35–40 mm from outside and screw the lock case (Fig. 29).

PA1018
Fixing set for doors that open outward (Fig. 30).
• The fixing set PA1018 is absolutely essential for a door that opens outward. It involves an
all-through screw fitting, where the reinforced door bar is firmly fixed to the door panel.
The fitting takes place according to the illustration.
• Use longer screws for door panel thicknesses exceeding 80 mm (strength of at least 8.8).
• With fixed lock bodies using the existing mounting locks that are accessible depending
on the door bar's position, drill through Ø 8,5 mm, drill out 13–15 mm and a depth of
35 mm and screw (Fig. 30).
• Insert screw sleeves and the metal plates into the screw holes from the outside as
pictured and screw through the door bar from the inside. Screws may shorten.
• Press the cover firmly on
from the outside.

I. Installation instructions
The installation instructions apply to PR2700 up
through the installation of the lock casing on the
lock side.
Note:
Please check in advance whether there is enough
space for the entire casing of the lock. The bar
overhang from the casing of the lock for two-speed
closing is approx. 47 mm.
Installing the casing of the lock on the lock side
Replace lock tube insert:
1. First, loosen the screws on the back of the bolt
and remove the bolt end cap (fig. 31). Insert
bolt end cap for door guard function and
tighten all the way with self-tapping screw.
Drill cross-head of screw with HSS drill Ø 4mm
(fig. 32) and apply touch-up stick or lubricant
or similar to the outline of the hole (to protect
from corrosion).
Installing the casing of the lock:
2. The casing of the lock is pre-mounted for DIN
right opening doors. For DIN left opening doors,
the door guard will need to be shifted
accordingly (fig 33).
3. Close out locking bolt by turning the key once
and pull out the key (set the door guard).
Loosen bolt clamping screw 1. (fig. 33) and slide
the lock tube until a suitable mounting point for
the casing of the lock has been reached. Make
sure there is a stable surface for screwing.
Balance the folding thickness with mounting
plate and set of plastic washers if necessary. For
folding thicknesses < 16 mm, we recommend
using the lock body support. Mark the lock
casing position. Tighten the door bar adjusting
screw 1. (fig. 34) when the door bar position has
been set.
4. For mounting the lock casing, see "Mounting
the casing of the lock with mounting plate".
Then knock the safety plugs into the hexagon
socket of the screws. (Fig. 35).
