4. Use
Preset programs
There are 15 different preset programs. With the preset programs the speed and
incline values will be changed automatically according to the programs profile. On
the next page you can find a overview of the 15 different programs with speed and
incline profile. Before changing to the next segment en therefor speed or incline
level a warning sound will be played. The segment time is calculated by the set
training duration.
1. Select one of the 15 programs with the PROGRAM key. Press the program key
until the desired program (P01-P15) appears on the screen.
2. Now set the desired workout duration by pressing the INCLINE pq or SPEED
pq keys.
3. Press the START key to start the training session
During the training session you are able to modify the speed and / or incline for the
current segment with the INCLINE pq or SPEED pq keys. The training is finished
when the set duration has been elapsed. The computer will give sound signals and
show END on the display. After these messages the treadmill will gradually slow
down the running belt.
