Standby
With 5 minutes of inactivity the treadmill will automatically turn into the standby
modes to save energy. You can wake the computer from standby modus by pressing
any key.
Quick start
You are able to directly start exercising by pressing the START button. The treadmill
will start directly with the lowest speed and incline level. During the training session
you are able to adjust the speed and incline. This can be done with the (quick) keys
on the computer or with the buttons in the handlebars.
Manual program
With the manual program you can set a target training time, distance or calories and
set the desired speed and incline level during the workout.
1. Press MODE once to set a preferred training time, Press MODE twice to set a
target distance or press MODE three times to set target calories. You are only
able to set one of these three values as the target value.
2. Set the selected target value with the INCLINE pq or SPEED pqkeys.
3. Press START to start the training session.
During the training session you are able to adjust the speed and incline level with
the designated keys. The training session is ended when the set target value has
elapsed.
