INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION
Installing the water filter and connecting the water hoses
The water filter must be mounted on a wall where it can be easily replaced. It must
not be mounted on the wall behind the refrigerator. Never install the water filter on the
refrigerator itself!
1. Determine the correct location for the water filter.
2. Determine the distance between the filter and the water tap and the distance from the filter
to the refrigerator.
3. Cut the correct lengths from the supplied water hose.
The length of the water hose must not exceed 5 metres; otherwise, the water pressure
will be too low. Try to avoid excessive bending of the water hose.
Cut the water hose straight. A water hose cut at an angle may cause a leak.
4. Use a screwdriver to mount the filter holders vertically on the wall, and attach the water filter.
Pay attention to the direction of flow on the filter.
5. Remove the 2 retaining clips, one at each end of the water filter.
6. Remove the 2 plugs, one at each end of the water filter.
