Using the Rings
You operate the appliance with the combination appliance's ring switch-
es. The operation and the function of the ring switches is described in the
Operating Instructions for the combination appliance.

Warning: The hotplates still remain hot for a time even after being switched
off. There is a risk of burns. Let the hotplates cool down.
Tips on Cooking and Frying
Cookware
You can recognise good cookware from the bottoms of the pans. The bottom
should be as thick and flat as possible.

Always place cookware on the hotplate be-
fore it is switched on.

If possible, always place lids on the pans.

Switch hotplates off before the end of the
cooking time, to take advantage of residual
heat.

Bottom of pans and hotplate should be the
same size.
