Before first use
1) Remove the iron from the packaging.

Plastic bags may pose a risk. To avoid the risk of asphyxiation,

2) Open the water tank filler opening
water (See the section Filling the water tank).
3) Set the correct voltage using the voltage switch
example, use a thin pin or a straightened paper clip to do this.
