• When you have finished reading your mail/MMS, press
return to the Inbox mail list, or press
screen.
Note
When the Inbox reaches its maximum limit, a new mail/MMS will
overwrite an old, read mail/MMS.

Processing mail/MMS
• With the Inbox mail list displayed, use the
highlight the required mail/MMS and press
filter/deletion menu will be displayed.
• Press the appropriate key to select the required option.
Show all: Displays all the received mails.
Show unread: Displays only the unread mails.
Show read: Displays only the read mails.
Show protected: Displays only the protected mails.
Delete one: Deletes the currently selected mail.
Delete read mail: Deletes all the read mails except protected mails.
Delete all: Deletes all the mails.
Title sort: Sorts the received mails by title.
Address sort: Sorts the received mails by address.
Date sort: Sorts the received mails by date.
• With a mail displayed, you can press the
detail menu:
Sent mail [Menu 8-1-2-4]
This option enables you to read and process the mails/MMS you
have sent and saved.
