7.1 Installation locations

7.3 Mounting

Preconditions:
a
The mounting bracket has been detached from the product.
1. Use the mounting bracket as a template for where to drill.

The arrow marker should be facing out and pointed up .
2. Drill 2x ø4 holes, 46 mm apart.
3. Insert the plastic dowels.
4. Fix the bracket to the wall using the included screws.
Tip:
If using the double-sided adhesive:
Make sure the mounting surface is non-porous, dry, smooth, and free from debris.
Carefully apply pressure to the mounting bracket for better adhesion.
8 Operation
WARNING
Fatal risk due to carbon monoxide inhalation!
Never ignore the carbon monoxide alarm! Carbon monoxide gas is colorless and odorless,
and is fatal to people. Read the instructions carefully before using this product.
Important:
When the end of service light indicator [Yellow: Fault] lights up, remove the battery,
remove the product from use, and replace it with a new one.
The green power LED [Green: Power] 1x flash every 40 seconds. This indicates that
the power is ON and everything is functioning correctly.
– Symptoms of CO Poisoning: Be aware of symptoms (e.g., headache, dizziness,
nausea, and confusion) which can indicate CO poisoning. See section:

8.1 Insert / replace the battery
Note:
If using the product for the first time, remove the insulating material from the battery be-
fore operation.
1. Open the battery compartment cover.
2. Insert a new battery matching the polarity shown inside the compartment.

1x beep will sound and the [Green:Power] indicator will blink.
3. Close the battery compartment cover.
4. Press the TEST button to make sure the product is operating correctly. See section

The product is now in use.
8.2 Alarm test
Perform an alarm at least 1x per week, or after replacing the battery. This is to
make sure the product is operating correctly.
CAUTION! Wear ear protection when testing the alarm.
Preconditions:

Battery is correctly installed and the product is receiving power.
1. Press the TEST button.

4x beeps will sound and then stop.
2. If no beeps sound, remove the product from use and contact customer service.
8.3 Alarm triggered
When the carbon monoxide (CO) levels reach an alarming point, the detector will enter
alarming mode.
The alarm indicator [Red: Alarm] will flash: RED
The beeper will sound continuously.
The display will show real-time CO levels.
