Cause
A safety module different
from the one used before
has been connected.

the HWBB circuit of the
SERVOPACK.

was connected to the
SERVOPACK.
The safety module has been
installed correctly and is
waiting for parameterisation.

version between
SERVOPACK and safety
module.
Actions
• Check the model of the connected safety
module.
• Execute Fn014 (Resetting Configuration
Errors in Option Modules), and turn the
power OFF and ON again.
• Restart the system.
• Check the connection between the
SERVOPACK and the safety module.
• Make improvements in the EMC
installation environment.
• Replace the safety module.
• Replace the SERVOPACK.
Check the set value of Pn00C. The value of
Pn00C.0 (Selection of Test without a Motor)
needs to be set to 0.
• Restart the system.
• Check the connection between the
SERVOPACK and the safety module.
• Replace the SERVOPACK.
• Replace the safety module.
