TIP
• Soft slicing material (such as cheese or ham) can be cut best when chilled.
• Soft slicing material can be cut better when moved forward slowly.
• Cucumbers or carrots should be brought to uniform size before cutting.
USE OF THE UNIVERSAL CUTTER ONLY WITH END-PIECE HOLDER
The end-piece holder allows you to cut smaller slicing material, such as mushrooms
or tomatoes. It has to be used as soon as the size and shape of the slicing material
permits the use.
CAUTION!
