1 . Place the appliance on an even and heat-resistant surface. Do not place it on top of a metal surface.
2. Switch on the appliance and heat it up for approx. 2 - 4 minutes (without sugar).
3. Switch off the appliance and wait until the spinner head/sugar container comes to a complete standstill.
4. Using the measurement spoon, add one levelled spoon of sugar into the sugar container of the spinner
head.

Only use standard commercial granulated sugar or special candy floss sugar.

Never fill in sugar when the spinner head/sugar container is still in Motion.
5. Switch on the appliance.
6. As soon as the first sugar strands appears take a wooden skewer and hold it vertically into the bowl.
Make sure, not to tauch the spinner head/sugar container.
7. Move the wooden skewer in a circular motion around the bowl, twisting it around your fingers until the
desired amount of cotton candy sticks to the skewer.

As soon as a little candy floss has stuck to the wooden skewer, hold it at a slight angle. Keep
twisting the wooden skewer between your fingers. This will make it easier to coil up the strands of sugar.
8. Once no more candy floss appears, the sugar is used up.
Switch off the appliance and wait until the spinner head/sugar container comes to a complete standstill.
9. lf you wish to make more cotton candy, follow steps 4 - 7.
Only use the wooden skewer, once!
After use, switch off the appliance, unplug it and let it completely cool down.

Warning: DO NOT operate the appliance langer than 15 minutes (CO-time) at a time, to avoid
overheating of the appliance.
Before continuing to make more cotton candy, let the appliance cool down for approx. 5 minutes.

Never leave the appliance unattended during use.
