Reverse Polarity LED Indicator - when the battery clamps are connected incorrectly the red LED illumi-
nates.

Battery Recondition Indicator - when the battery is reconditioned, the yellow LED illuminates. The charger
will recondition the battery only when the battery is in a state of "deep discharge". It cycles every 4±0.5h until
the battery is no longer "deep discharged". If it cycles 5 times and the condition has not changed, there will be
the code F01 present on the display panel, indicating an error. Please replace the battery.

Charging State LED Indicator - when battery is charged at a constant current or a constant voltage, the
green LED flashes. When the battery is fully charged or goes into float charge, the green LED illuminates.

Current Indicator - When the display panel indicates the present current, the current LED indicator illumi-
nates.

Voltage Indicator - When the display panel indicates the present voltage, the voltage LED indicator illumi-
nates.
7.
Battery Capacity - When the display panel indicates the battery capacity, the LED indicator illuminates.

Cause
There is short circuit in the battery.
There is load connected to the
battery.
Recondition the battery.
The voltage between the two
clamps is too high.
This happens when an external
voltage source is connected to the
battery during charging process.
This charger ambient temperature
is too high.
The charging current is too low.
Bad battery.
Condition
The capacity is lower than 50%
The capacity is around 80%.
Battery is full charged
Solution
Replace the battery. Dispose of the
defective battery in a suitable manner.
Disconnect the load from the battery.
Check the battery. The voltage of
battery should be in the range of 12V
to 14V.
Please disconnect battery from any
external components.
Clean dirty ventilation openings or re-
move objects covering the unit. Place
the unit in a cooler location.
Choose the higher current to charge
the battery.
Replace the battery. Dispose of the
defective battery in a suitable manner.
